I found the hotel to be a convenient stay with a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were quite spacious and equipped with useful amenities like a mobile phone and multi-charging cable, but the smaller bed size was a downside. The service was exceptionally helpful and efficient, although some staff members didn't speak much English. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and dining options, but with varying prices. The dining experience had a good range of Japanese items but lacked variety. Overall, a decent value for money.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, which is exactly what you'd expect in Japan on a budget. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Matsumoto castle and very close to the train station. However, the dining experience could use some improvement in terms of keeping food hot and offering more options for vegetarians.
